Why are there no prices on this page?
Each proposal confirms modules, onboarding, support and any third-party charges. Monthly service and one-time setup are quoted separately; setup reflects business size and activities.
Can a module be switched on later?
Yes. Modules such as inventory or the prize wheel are switched on or off per restaurant by the SCALE team, without a new app release.
Do customers need to pay online?
No. SCALE Order is built for cash at pickup or on delivery. Online card payment is not available.
Is my brand used everywhere?
Yes. Your website, app, notifications and legal pages show your restaurant's name, logo and colors.
